Veterans' Benefits and Discharge Upgrades
If you are a homeless or low-income veteran in Maryland who needs help with the following legal matters, HPRP offers legal assistance:

HPRP conducts clinics at three locations in Maryland:
In Baltimore City:

Intakes are offered on the first and third Wednesdays of the month from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The clinic operates on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis. Arriving at 1 p.m. is suggested. If you have documents related to your case, bring them. Types of documents include: any medical records (VA or private), past VA decisions on claims, and service personnel records (including DD-214).
In Cecil County (and surrounding areas):
